CONCERT: Cola (CA)
Direct from Montreal&rsquos thriving indie scene Cola lands at Plan B for a night of razor-sharp post-punk and hypnotic grooves. Formed by Tim Darcy and Ben Stidworthy following the dissolution of the iconic band Ought Cola has rapidly cemented their reputation as one of the most vital names in the genre.
Their sound is stripped back yet powerful. Drawing inspiration from the DIY ethics of the Dischord era and the poetic precision of David Berman Cola constructs tracks where every guitar scratch and drum beat serves a definitive purpose. It&rsquos music for those who crave the nervous energy of The Strokes the intellectual art-pop of Talking Heads and the uncompromising grit of modern guitar music.
In May 2026 the band released their third album Cost of Living Adjustment hailed by critics as their most accomplished work to date. It is complex beautifully restless and utterly undeniable in a live setting.
Dont miss the chance to catch one of the worlds tightest live units at Plan B.
